It had microwave and refrigerator, 32" Flat Screen TV.
The hotel do not have a bar on site or dine in restaurant which could have put it at a 3 star if it did.

Its clean and secluded near food chains and major shopping area. It lacks indoor pool and hot tub but has outdoor pool area which is only seasonal. It also lacks for travelers who wants to stay near a dine in restaurant and bar to help guest feel more at peace. A short walk to a near by restaurant and bar is close by but always have a long line no matter what day it is. They had a very nice continental breakfast selection and they were very accommodating of our need for towels, pillows, and etc.
They did not have access to the internet from our room.

Overall I would stay there again, They were good for an over night stay.

Smoky atmosphere in halls and surroundings.

Beds and pillows were comfortable, friendly staff-sould like alternative breakfast selections since we stayed four nights, a good hotel but didn't like the smoke-filled environment.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty.
It was a little hard to find being I wasn't familiar with the area.

This hotel was very clean, and reasonably priced. The hotel staff was more than friendly, and very helpful as well. I ended up getting lost and she stayed on the phone with me until I got there. The desk attendant ended up having to cook more sausages and biscuits as the cook didn't make enough for the continental breakfast bar, but she was still very courteous. I loved the atmosphere. Heater was Loud, Kicked on and Off. Bed was also very uncomfortable

Nothing not to like.

We have traveled to Florence 5 of the last 6 years for the division ii national football championship game. It is always difficult to get a room let alone a good room. This was a shot in the dark and was we surprised, extremely pleasant staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
